BlueDot Strategies is a strategic communications consultancy based in Washington, D.C. The team prides itself in helping organizations better achieve their messaging to audiences, but until recently, did not have the tools they needed to reach their full potential. They also now avoid a frustrating, fragmented communications process by using Propel’s centralized outreach and reporting tools. All members of the team are able to reach out to media contacts from their personal email accounts, directly through the Propel interface. “It saved me so much time and allowed our outreach to begin exponentially sooner,” said Couch. In the meantime, software services constantly track their results and can provide centralized, automated progress reports. For example, Propel’s PitchTracker offers an instant status overview of all their pitches on a single dashboard.
