About the Role

Propel is seeking an energetic and sharp inside sales rep to set up demos of our PR SaaS platform by making outbound calls and sending emails to connect with PR professionals. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with very strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a remote position, so candidate must be able to work very independently and be happy to work remotely (our team is spread across Israel and the United States).

Candidate must be able to understand and articulate our innovative platform, and educate prospects on the benefits that our new product category offers. This role will be focused mostly (75%) on top of the funnel sales (i.e. setting up demos) and will involve some (25%) mid-bottom of the funnel sales in terms of helping to move leads along towards deal closing. We are a fast-moving startup and are seeking someone who can learn quickly and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Make outbound phone calls each day to generate interest in demos

  • Send outbound emails each day

  • Handle inbound leads by setting up demos for them

  • Lead discussions with prospects to better understand their challenges and needs

  • Achieve assigned sales targets

  • Learn the product and how it benefits the industry to grow Propel’s sales

  • Take clear notes of conversations and organize workflow

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years experience in sales and/or college/university degree

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable being on the phone and making high volume of daily outbound sales calls

  • Passion for sales and solution selling

  • Highly driven individual who can work very independently

  • Team player that works respectfully with colleagues and prospects

  • Committed to learning and growing

  • High level of professionalism and responsibility as a core representative of an early-stage funded startup

  • Experience working within a CRM preferred
